3 Molinos Resort covers five
million square metres of land where approximately 4,500- 5000 dwellings are
planned. This proportion of land for construction will ensure a low-density
complex. In addition to the high quality of building, 3 Molinos have included
a myriad of amenities in the complex. All aspects of life have been catered
for with commercial, leisure, medical, sports and cultural facilities available.
