All the properties meet the demands of a modern, health conscious society with their attractive, contemporary, Mediterranean styles and warm ambience. The attraction of the 3 Molinos Resort is the use of the finest materials throughout which have been designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings whilst offering a modern and practical layout of rooms. These properties create a space where living is a pleasure.

Besides quality, one of the pillars of our CA policy is respect for the environment and ecology. 3 Molinos has made every effort to ensure that it is eco-friendly wherever possible. The resort will have an abundance of lemon and orange trees which will allow you to savour the scents of a typical Murcian orchard. The development is of a low density nature. Over 80% of the space will remain a green section thus retaining as much as possible of the original vegetation. 3 Molinos also enjoys the benefit of having its own water supply with three wells, one of which provides the therapeutic thermal spring.

Apartments at 3 Molinos Resort
Presently, we have released apartments, all of which have front line positions on the golf courses.
The apartments are on three levels (some on four), and consist of 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. All apartments are slightly bigger than the Spanish average and have sink and cooker in the kitchen, as well as air-conditioning fitted in the living/dining room. The rest of the apartment has pre-installation for air-conditioning. In addition, an underground parking space is available to purchase if desired.
