Can I visit the development?
Yes, many of the ‘no frills’ airlines
fly to Murcia and we have arranged special rates at several of the hotels in
the town centre. 3 Molinos personnel will be happy to meet you, show you around
the new development in a courteous and relaxed manner and answer any questions
you may have.

How many building phases will there be?
There will be three building phases of approximately three years each.
Where
is the water coming from?
3 Molinos Resort has 3 of its own wells on the land
with one having thermal water
Are any of the properties adapted for disabled
use?
Several of the properties are disabled friendly with wider doors for wheelchairs
etc
Does the resort have 24 hour security?
24-hour security will be provided at 3 Molinos Resort ensuring a safe, gated
community.

Where exactly is 3 Molinos?
3 Molinos Resort lies in the heart of the Valle del Sol (Sun Valley). This unique location is 15 minutes from Murcia and Cartagena Cities and 10 minutes from the Mar Menor and Mediterranean shore.
For further convenience, San Javier Airport is 15 minutes away and the future international airport at Corvera will be 10 minutes away. Alicante Airport is 45 minutes away but easily accessible with the excellent infrastructure of motorways already in place in the area.
When will the golf courses be finished?
The two Greg Norman designed golf courses are due to begin construction in January 2006. The first course will be completed in around 18 months which will be approximately 3 months after the first apartments are completed. The championship course will be completed approximately 6/9 months later.
